You mean text hearts like 閳? If so, typing "%26amp; hearts ;" [But remove the spaces and quotation marks] should do the trick.

since everyone has already answered your "how do you make hearts" question, i'll answer the 2nd one:

to get pictures in the captions of your pictures put %26lt;img src="IMAGEURL"%26gt; where you would type your caption.

you'll have to upload your picture to tinypic.com because theres a limit to how many characters you can have in the captions.
