My clothes are all black

I shop at Hot Topic

my myspace looks like

I'm so friggin gothic

I wear

dark make-up

around my eyes

if you see my slitting my wrists

you shouldn't be surprised

cuz I carry

my razerblade

everywhere I go

in case something upsets me

cuz you know I'm emo

I make streight Fs

I don't even try

who cares about my future

I'm committing suicide

cuz I hate myself

and I hate my life

you should feel sorry for me

I'm a sad white suburbinite

I am

so fat

I can barely see my ribs

I can't go on

when I'm looking like this

boo-hoo-hoo

I wanna cut my throat

it's just the way I am

don't call me emo

You don't think it contradicts itself, do you? The way the speaker reffers to themself as an emo and then says "don't call me emo" because it's kinds supposed to be like how other people feel about emos speaking in first person as the emo, understand?

you definately have too much time on your hands. that is a pretty creative poem, its pretty much the same thing that everyone else says, very original.

i think it's pathetic, but then again any of that self pity bullsh!t is, the poem contradicts itself by saying feel sorry for you, and then later saying your killing yourself..why should i feel sorry for you becasue you suck at life? especially if your killing yourself..your a selfish idiot..boo hoo.

Do you even know what EMO means? EMO means emotional and in no way is that a bad thing. People just get so wrapped up in these stereotypes that they never get to know a person.
