the other guy said what i would say! u can use programs that will help you design them, nd you can get some pretty cool ones...but if you want the ideal one, thats a one of a kind, and mad cool...learn HTML!! it is actually not to difficult if you concentrate!

learn HTML. You should start small with generators and codes to hide stuff after a while you will have enough training to make your self codes and layouts
